Rhubarb Coffee Cake

On Sunday I decided to harvest some rhubarb and make a coffee cake. I found a recipe where I had all the ingredients on hand and just went for it. Holy cow! This stuff was tasty! In fact it is already gone! I'm definitely saving this one.
