Recipe Exchange
Nov. 7th, 2007 05:32 pmI'm stuck at work for a meeting at 6pm and I've got major ants in my pants right now. I was talking on IMs to
formerdiva and we are both sick to death of our own recipes so we are planning an exchange. I figured why not start now and have one on LJ.
I'll share a recipe and if you want to or have one, post a recipe of your own. I have to do one from memory since I'm at work so it's pretty basic. If you have a good recipe to share, please do!
Pancakes! (Way better than bisquick if you ask me)
1 1/4 C. Flour
2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 Egg
1 1/3 C. Milk
3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
Mix it all together and you've got pancake batter! Add or detract milk depending on your preference on thickness. For fall (or anytime really), you can add a some pure pumpkin goo (not pie filling) from a can for pumpkin pancakes. Very yummy with whipped cream.
